My Mom planted a butterfly bush and now I have three! I cut them down last year to a height of 4 feet and was careful to burn the seeds. This year it Sprouted to 8-10 feet of new branches with many blooms. Its getting chopped to the base this year and dug out. Thanks This was a concise and informative article.
